At first glance the title of this week’s episode sounds ridiculous.

After all, how can anyone recommend a “Eat Whatever You Want” diet?

It’s easy.

You see, unlike thousands of other books and podcasts about diet, the focus of the “Eat Whatever You Want” diet is NOT on what you eat.

The focus is on what you WANT.

Let me explain:

The co-host of this podcast, BetyLou Pierce, places a high value on being healthy.

Always has and always will.

For that reason, she follows a vegan diet that is free of sugar, processed foods and meat.

NOT because she has to… but because she WANTS to.

That is, she “Eats Whatever She WANTS.”

To be clear, what she wants is not necessarily what you may want… and that’s okay.

In fact, many people feel that BetyLou’s diet is strict and hard to follow.

However, to BetyLou it’s not.


Because she WANTS to look and feel good… and following a vegan diet helps her do that.

The message is simple:

Stop worrying about what you should and shouldn’t eat.

Instead, focus on what you WANT regarding your health.

That is, create a clear image regarding how you want to look, how you want to feel, and how you want to perform.

The more “real” those images are to you, and the stronger your desire to see them become a reality in your life, the easier it will become to follow a corresponding nutrition plan.
