Episode 21:42 How To Look Good, Feel Good, And Perform Your Best At Any Age: An Interview With 50 Year Old Sam Shelton
I (Dr. George Burroughs) have known “Coach” Sam Shelton - pictured above with his beautiful daughter Sloane - for many years.
And, for as long as I’ve known him, he’s always been in good shape.
However, when I recently saw him, I immediately knew something was different.
He looked better than ever.
Healthier, happier, leaner.
I was shocked… in a good way.
You see, as I said earlier, Sam had always been in good shape.
However, standing before me was a man who had obviously taken his health to a new level.
Needless to say, I wanted to know his secret.
I wanted to know what he had been doing… or what he had been taking… to get his body, at age 50, in the best shape of his life.
(Yes, this guy is 50 years old.)
On this episode “Coach” Sam Shelton sits down with us and shares what he’s learned… and what he’s done… over the past 19 months to take his health to a whole new level.
You’re going to love what you hear!
