Episode 21:7 - The Power of Fasting... and Intermittent Fasting
For years, doctors and health experts avoided the topic of Fasting.
In fact, many thought it was unhealthy.
Fortunately, times have changed and the many benefits of Fasting have been brought to light.
For example, studies now show that Fasting appears to…
1) Lower High Blood Sugar Levels
2) Aid in Weight Loss
3) Reduce Inflammation
4) Improve Blood Pressure
5) Lower High Cholesterol Levels
6) Lower High Triglyceride Levels
7) Boost Brain Function
8) Prevent Neurodegenerative Disorders
9) Increase Growth Hormone
10) Extend Lifespan
11) Prevent Cancer
12) Improve Chemotherapy’s Effectiveness
Makes you wonder why everyone isn’t Fasting?
Or, at least, why aren’t we being told more about it?
One reason is because there is no money to be made from Fasting.
Think about it…
When you Fast, you are NOT buying a food, a drug, or a supplement.
That is, there is nothing for companies to profit from when you Fast.
As a result, you won’t see any commercials or ads promoting it.
Fortunately, we’re not like everyone else.
We’re going to talk about Fasting because it’s a great way to Get Healthy.
It’s also a great way to lower your blood sugar… which is a topic we’ve been talking about in our recent episodes.
Give this episode a good listen as you will learn HOW Fasting works and why it’s so good for you.
You’ll also learn about different types of Fasts, including the very popular Intermittent Fasting.
As always, after listening, please share this episode with a friend.
