Why?

Because she’ll tell you that there is no ONE secret.

Instead, there are SEVERAL lifestyle choices that go into living a long and healthy life… choices that she, at age 80, continues to make each and every day.

Not surprisingly, these choices are holistic in nature as they involve her spirit, soul and body.

For example, BetyLou spends time each day in pray/meditation… she is constantly learning more about nutrition so she can better help her customers… and she exercises regularly while also following a strict vegan diet.

On this week's episode of the Get Healthy Alabama podcast BetyLou talks about all these things.

She also shares the health principles she follows on a daily basis including…

- The daily “cycles” that guide her nutritional choices

- The foods she eats to support her vegan/alkaline diet

- The reason why she takes a notebook outside

- Why she goes outside barefoot (even in the winter)

- The logic behind taking minerals in the evening 

- The breathing routine she follows (before going to bed)
