Episode 23:11 Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Natural Health And Healing

On this episode we answer some of the questions we most frequently get asked regarding natural health and healing.

Specifically we answer these seven questions:

1) Is the drug Ozempic safe for people with Type 2 Diabetes?

2) My medical doctor wants to remove my gall bladder. Is there anything I could do naturally instead?

3) Can Chiropractic care help someone with migraines?

4) What natural remedies do you recommend for Acid Reflux?

5) What is the best type of exercise?

6) Why should I take whole food supplements?

7) I’ve heard BetyLou talk about “earthing.” What is it?

Give this a good listen as there are a lot of “nuggets of wisdom” hidden in each answer.

Dr. George and Betty Lou, a person with acid reflux, should eliminate dairy products, which include cheese and yogurt. Switch to plant base milk, and reduce the meat to once per week. In addition, no one should ever eat processed meat; hot dogs, all deli meat, can cause cancer. Eat more whole grains, vegetables, and whole food starches; beans, potatoes, and Ezekiel bread.
