I hate to sound negative but the writing is on the wall:

We may be heading into the worst winter ever… specifically with regard to our health.

Both individually and as a nation we may soon be battling with more sickness and disease than ever before.

I hope I’m wrong.

But here’s why I doubt it:

We are heading into some very stressful times.

Times that have the potential to destroy our Immune Systems.

For example:

The coronavirus doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon.

Schools have no idea how/if they will make it through the fall semester.

Half of the country will be upset after the November presidential election.

The economy seems headed for a severe downturn.

Again, I hope I’m wrong about the impact of these stressful events on our health.

But let’s assume I’m right.

What should we do to prepare?

THAT is the topic of conversation in this week'sepisode of the Get Healthy Alabama podcast.

Specifically, we talk about three things you can start doing TODAY to help prepare yourself for this winter.

Three strategies that are proven to be effective for building your health.
