Episode 44 – Is The Covid-19 Vaccine Safe?

Episode 44 - Is The Covid-19 Vaccine Safe?


People tend to have two questions regarding the Covid-19 vaccine:

1) Is it effective?

2) Is it safe?

On last week’s episode (#43) we discussed the effectiveness of the vaccine.

Specifically, we shared how, during the Covid-19 vaccine trial conducted by the manufacturer, Pfizer, it was discovered that…

Although the Vaccine was shown to be 95% effective… the risk of getting the Coronavirus was extremely low in both the Vaccine group (99.9% did not get it) AND in the Non-Vaccine group (99.3% did not get it).

As a result, the question most people want answered becomes:

Is it worth receiving a Vaccine to improve your risk of not getting the Coronavirus from 99.3% to 99.9%?

The answer is…

Who knows???

All anyone can do is try to make the best decision they can based upon the information they have.

And that is what this episode is about… providing information.

Specifically, we discuss…

- The TRUE effectiveness of the Vaccine

- The lack of study regarding its long term side effects

- Why the Vaccine demonstrated NO benefit regarding preventing death (NONE!)

- Why the Vaccine demonstrated NO benefit for those age 85 and older... despite the fact that they are the group that has been hardest hit by the Coronavirus

- The complete removal of liability for the Vaccine manufacturer

- The incredible “high maintenance” involved with caring for the Vaccine

- The amount of taxpayers money already given to Vaccine manufacturers

And, perhaps most important… because of the potential severity combined with the lack of media attention:

- The potential for “Antibody Enhanced Disease” and…

- The Vaccine’s inability to prevent the Coronavirus from being spread.

This last one is huge as it will significantly diminish the Vaccine’s value as it can prevent the attainment of “herd immunity.”

Episode 43 – The Covid-19 Vaccine: Everything You Need To Know

Episode 43 - The Covid-19 Vaccine: Everything You Need To Know


Today is Wednesday, December 2, 2020… which means that in slightly over a week, the United States should have a Covid-19 vaccine available (in limited supply).

The vaccine, manufactured by Pfizer was shown to be 95% effective according to a clinical study.

But, what exactly does “95% effective” mean?

If you’re like most people, you think it means that 95% of the people who get the vaccine won’t get the Coronavirus.

Believe it or not, you’d be wrong as the results were actually better!

Let me explain:

Nearly 44,000 people participated in the study conducted by Pfizer. Half of them received the vaccine while the other half didn't.

Amazingly, 99.3% of the approximately 22,000 individuals who got the vaccine avoided getting the virus.

That’s significantly higher than the 95% you see in the headlines.

And, to add to the good news, none of the individuals in the group died from the Coronavirus.

That’s awesome!

However, there is one problem:

Those numbers weren't for the vaccine group.

They were for the NON-VACCINE group.

Huh?

Yes, 99.3% of the group that DIDN’T receive the Covid-19 vaccine did NOT get the Coronavirus.

Nor did any of them die.

So, why did Pfizer claim 95% effectiveness for the vaccine?

The answer is explained in this week's episode of the Get Healthy Alabama podcast.

One more thing:

Guess how effective the Covid-19 vaccine was shown to be for preventing deaths?

90%…. 70%… 50%… 10%????

Would you believe that the answer is ZERO!

That is, the Covid-19 vaccine showed NO effectiveness at preventing deaths from the Coronavirus.

Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s awesome that we have a holiday dedicated to the simple act of “Giving Thanks.”

In addition, it’s awesome how many health benefits are connected to “Giving Thanks.”

For example, did you know that people who practice “Giving Thanks” have healthier Immune Systems than those who don’t?

Or that they handle stress better?

And sleep better?

Those three benefits alone have a HUGE impact on one’s health… and they all can be improved simply by making “Giving Thanks” a habit.

But that’s not all.

People who practice “Giving Thanks” display higher levels of happiness, joy, enthusiasm, optimism and love.

They also experience less bitterness, resentment, greed, envy, fear, anxiety, worry and anger.

Wow!!!

But here’s the one that really impressed me:

“Giving Thanks” is shown to lower levels of inflammation.

That’s incredibly important as inflammation is THE common factor behind every major disease including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and Alzheimer’s.

Now, if you could take ALL of these benefits and wrap them into a pill, you’d be a billionaire!

But you can’t… and that’s all right because you don’t need another pill in your life.

You simply need to practice “Giving Thanks.”

And, in this episode, we share with you simple ways to do that.

Specifically, we share a few morning "tips" that anyone can implement into their life today so that they can begin to experience the benefits immediately.

But don’t worry as we’ve got your back.

On this episode we're going to share with you the supplements we take to BOOST the one system of the body that is vital for preventing sickness:

The Immune System.

Without a doubt, a strong Immune System is the BEST defense against colds, the flu and the Coronavirus.

However, a strong Immune System doesn’t “just happen.”

Like your muscles, its strength must be “developed.”

How?

By “feeding” it the right kind of nutrients.

Nutrients that are found in whole foods.

Everybody likes a good supplement… one that will actually help them improve their health.

Make that same supplement “natural”… and without side-effects… and its appeal will be even greater.

Throw in a very low cost (how about FREE?) and the demand for this supplement should go through the roof.

Well, guess what?

There IS such a supplement… but it doesn’t come in pill form.

Nor does it cost anything.

Yet, it IS amazingly effective.

It’s called DEEP BREATHING 🙂

Taking twenty deep breaths every day will do wonders for your health.

Seriously.

However, since most of the stress we deal with today is NOT from physical "threats", but emotional ones, our bodies DON'T engage in some type of physical action.

We then stay “stuck” in Stress Response mode.

This causes a ton of health problems… problems that could be avoided if we knew how to prevent the body from being stuck in this Stress Response mode.

Good news!

On this episode, we’re going to teach you how.

That is, we’re going to take a “short, sweet and to the point” approach to how Deep Breathing can help you avoid sickness and disease by relieving the body of The Stress Response.

Ways such as "Forgiveness" and "Purpose" (see Episodes 36 and 37).


However, we need to do more than just reduce stress.

We need to know how to MANAGE it. 

And THAT is the topic of this episode.

Specifically, we share 10 strategies that anyone can incorporate into their life to help minimize the negative effects of stress.

Strategies that are proven to be effective.

What are they?

Typically I’d make you have to listen to the episode to get the answer.

However, managing stress is so important that I’m going to share them with you here:

Specifically, we shared how CHRONIC stress can lead to neck pain, back pain, headaches, high blood pressure, heart arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, digestive disturbances, infertility, hot flashes, PMS and PCOS.

Stress is also strongly linked to cancer, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes… not to mention obesity.

In other words, stress can kill you!
