It’s getting to be “that time of the year” again.
You know, “cold and flu” season.
And, for some reason I think that this year’s season is going to be a challenge.

Because we’re still dealing with the Coronavirus… that unwelcome guest that just won’t go away.
But don’t worry as we’ve got your back.
On this episode we're going to share with you the supplements we take to BOOST the one system of the body that is vital for preventing sickness:
The Immune System.
Without a doubt, a strong Immune System is the BEST defense against colds, the flu and the Coronavirus.
However, a strong Immune System doesn’t “just happen.”
Like your muscles, its strength must be “developed.”
How?
By “feeding” it the right kind of nutrients.
Nutrients that are found in whole foods.
Nutrients that nourish the organs, glands and cells that promote Immune System function.
Nutrients like those we discuss on this week’s episode.
